Greetings from our classroom!

 

I am passionate about gifted education, which makes it a dream to enjoy such an enlightening opportunity at Fox Run!  Please feel free to schedule a visit to our classroom.  We love showing our accomplishments.  

 

In GT we see life through divergent, convergent, visual, evaluative and creative lenses.  We apply our Six Hats Thinking skills and study with deep and complex frameworks.  In addition, we discover our multiple intelligences and push our boundaries with stimulating conversations and creations.  Every day is our YAY-day and our motto is: If it doesn't CHALLENGE you, it doesn't CHANGE you.  I'm so excited that we will grow together this year!  

 

A little about me...I'm a mom, too.  I have 3 incredible sons and a fantastic husband.  I'm also an avid reader and love to learn all new things.  My newest favorite goal is baking all sorts of bread, which makes my house smell like home.  As a teacher, I strive to be the mentor I want for my own children.  I've always been a child advocate and will support you to my fullest abilities.  I love understanding all those special things about my students and treasure the moments that I am blessed to spend with you.  We will have memorable years as we celebrate our elementary days together.  Welcome to our fabulous Fox Run family!
